D MOLD

Frameless polyurethane mould system suitable for all types, shapes and depths of paving, tiles and ancillary concrete products.
Unique D Mold section allows special clamping device for vacuum demould or automated systems or for simple manual use.

ABS LINERS
|

Numold first pioneered and introduced ABS commercially into the concrete industry in 1978.
Since then, it is now regarded as the industry standard and the number 1 choice for Precast Utility Moulds after years of daily continuous use.
Suitable for dry and wet cast applications, resistance to most chemical and mineral oils and used up to 50ºC without distortion.
Available in 3mm, 4mm & 5mm gauge options. Gang configurations variations available on request.

The Numold Patented design one piece precision – light weight durable mould with flat profile and symmetrical dimensions.
Tough – dimensionally stable in hot and cold climates.
Non-distortion – Warp free is unaffected by mould release oil and fast and clean demould.
9ftx4”x4” version available with optional nib for gravel board support.
Full range of polyurethane Caps and Stop ends supplied with unique ribbed sides for extra grip – leak free, together with range of post spacers available.

FLEXFORM

Self supporting Polyurethane Mould System - Patent Pending for use in Automated Machinery Systems, where Vacuum Demould is applied to extract the cast product from the mould without mechanical stripping or manual assistance.
The moulds can be used singly in steel carriers or in multiples for use on pallets.
The system can be applied for clients own bespoke designs or handling systems.
In addition to these advantages the moulds are self supporting invalidating the need for costly timber framework and can also be used for any manual use. |
